I have worked with Sandokan Stage at the Employment Security Department for the State of Washington for the last year as he oversaw several projects that were federally funded. Unfortunately that funding was just abruptly cut. He also built a very complex and detailed project management system in SmartSheet. To socialize it, he created and scheduled content, taught multiple sessions, then provisioned new projects and migrated in-flight projects to the system. He is one of the most professional, patient, brilliant, and humble people I have worked with, in my career. I would gladly work with him again!

It has been a pleasure to work with Sandokan these last few years. While at CORTAC, his knowledge of project management distinguished him and contributed to his excellent client delivery. I could count on him to take on complex projects and produce outcomes that clients valued. Sandokan was always willing to put in the time required to ensure success.

I had the opportunity to work closely with Sandokan while on contract with Smartsheet in Professional Services. He truly leads by example and I was constantly impressed with his work ethic, enthusiasm, performance and his ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Sandokan demonstrated exceptional customer relationship management skills which has served him well in his role as an Engagement Lead.

Sandokan Stage has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I have worked with him on multiple projects, and he is the most detailed and organized implementation manager I've ever worked with. He jumps right in with the customer, builds immediate rapport, and the customers look to him as a leader to help get their projects up and running quickly and efficiently. He goes above and beyond keeping the customer and myself informed of all the details that go on during each call, always following up with an email that outlines what was covered, next steps, hours remaining, etc. I have never seen another implementation manager provide such amazing details! 

He is a true partner and advisor, and I'm so lucky to be able to partner with him!
